1. The Big Question: Can we bring our own caterers?

Totally! You have full freedom here. If you have a specific catering team you love, bring them in- we provide a huge kitchen space, and they bring the flavor.

But if you don't want the hassle of hunting for a food vendor, we’ve got your back. We have excellent in-house caterers and cooks available too. So, whether you bring your own team or go with our in-house pros, your guests are going to eat well!

2. Is there enough parking? (Be honest!)

We don’t use the word "enough"; we use the word massive.

We have designated parking for 1,300+ cars. Your guests won’t be circling the block or parking on the highway. They park safely inside and walk right in.

Plus, if you want that extra VIP touch, we can provide a valet parking option if you want to avail it!

3. Do you have rooms for the Bride & Groom?

We’ve got you covered. We have 16 Luxury AC Suites on-site. These aren’t just changing room— they’re proper suites where your family can relax, get ready, and crash after the party. No need to shuttle back and forth to a hotel.

4. How many people can the venue actually hold?

We are built for the "Big Fat Indian Wedding." Our main convention hall can easily accommodate 3,000+ guests.

But hey, if you’re planning a smaller, more intimate event, we have banquet halls perfect for that too.

5. Where exactly are you guys located?

We are super easy to find! We are located right off Exit 11 on the Hyderabad Outer Ring Road (ORR). It’s the perfect sweet spot—accessible from the airport and the city, but without the city traffic jams.

6. Do you provide a generator/power backup?

100%. We have full power backup.

7. What about a decorator? Can we hire our own team?

We’ve built VRC with premium finishes and amenities, and honestly, we want to keep it looking flawless for your big day. To make sure everything stays protected and pristine, we work exclusively with our expert in-house decor team.

But don’t worry—they are absolute pros. Whether you have a Pinterest board full of ideas or a specific theme in mind, our team can create any design you ask for. They know the venue’s lighting and angles perfectly, so you get the best look without the risk!

8. Do you guys host Corporate Events or Exhibitions?

100%. We aren’t just about weddings! Whether you’re planning a massive product launch, a trade expo, or a company-wide conference, we have the space to make it happen.

With 35,000 sq ft of column-free space, you can set up stalls, stages, or theatre-style seating easily. Plus, your attendees will actually arrive on time because they get to skip the city traffic via Hyderabad's ORR!

9. How do we book?

Dates fill up fast (especially the auspicious ones!). The best way to book is to call us directly to check availability.
